Return and refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging , accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase .

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris .
We will send you a return label and instructions if necessary.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Custom or made-to-measure products

Perishable products (food, plants, flowers…)

Personal care products or hazardous materials

Sale items or gift cards

If you have any doubt about a product, contact us before returning the item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return your accepted order, then place a new order for the desired product.

Damages and problems

Inspect your items upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your order is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product , so we can resolve the issue.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The return conditions remain the same: item must be intact, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days , please contact us at contact@adeliora.fr .
